1. Data protection in brief

General information:
We attach great importance to the protection of your data and the protection of your privacy. We therefore inform you below about the collection and use of personal data when using our website. With this data protection declaration, users receive information about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data, which is collected and used by the person responsible. You have the right to obtain information about this data at any time, to block or delete this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint if you have any further questions on the subject of data protection. You also have the right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority.

2. General Information and Mandatory Information

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against unauthorized access by third parties is not possible.
Many data processing processes are only possible with your consent. You can revoke an already given consent at any time. An informal message by email, fax or letter is sufficient. The legality of the data processing up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
In the event of breaches of data protection law, the person concerned has a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. The responsible supervisory authority for data protection issues is the data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. A list of data protection officers and their contact details can be found at: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.
You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another person responsible, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.
You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time within the scope of the applicable legal provisions. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.
We herewith object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

We collect personal data exclusively on the site aquacare-shop.de (details about personal or factual circumstances of a certain or identifiable natural person) only to the extent provided by you.
The processing and use of your personal data takes place for the fulfilment and processing of your order as well as for the processing of your inquiries. As soon as you have registered on our site or entered the checkout area, the data is encrypted (https:). Surfing without registration is not encrypted.
After complete contract processing, all personal data will first be stored under consideration of tax and commercial law storage periods and then deleted after expiry of the period, if you have not agreed to further processing and use.

Passing on of personal data
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. Excluded from this are only our service partners, which we need to process the contractual relationship. In these cases we strictly observe the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act. The scope of data transmission is limited to a minimum.

Integration of third-party services and content
Our offer may include content, services and performances of other providers. These include maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube and graphics and images from other websites. In order for this data to be called up and displayed in the user's browser, the transmission of the IP address is absolutely necessary. The providers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") thus perceive the IP address of the respective user.
Although we make every effort to use only third-party providers who only need the IP address to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address may be stored. In this case, this process is used for statistical purposes, among other things. If we have knowledge that the IP address is stored, we point this out to our users.
