The AquaCare PO₄ is the multifunction filter MF2 with an iron-based filling of phosphate granules.

The water flows from bottom to top through the filter (upstream process). As the water flows past the granules, phosphate is removed. The upward flow should be so strong that the granulate particles do NOT move.
