Media Cup for Basic filter system - 50 mm, 300 mm long

Media Cup for Basic filter system. A wide variety of filter materials can be filled into this cup.

This filter material cup is simply hung on the bars of the filter basin Basic and a water inlet has to be made. Coarse materials can be filled in directly, for fine materials a filter sponge is supplied.

You can choose whether the Media Cup is supplied with water that feeds into the Basic basin - for this purpose, the Media Cup is hung on the lower bars. Or you can install your own water supply - for this purpose the Media Cup is hung on the upper bars. With the second method, a defined flow can be ensured. 

The flow through the Media Cup is significantly influenced by the fineness of the filter material.

This MediaCup additionally allows the installation of one heater and two electrodes.
