Fluidized filter with a diameter of 150 mm made of clear acrylic glass (PMMA) for different filter materials.

This simple filter can be retrofitted with different sieves and connections. Additional valves (e.g. vent) as well as an electrode connection (also retrofitted) can also be added.

The feed water from the aquarium is pumped into the system by means of a bypass of the main pump or an additional feed pump. The water flows from bottom to top at a high speed so that the filter material moves and cannot clog (e.g. quartz sand, zeolite, AquaCare +Globuli, high performance phosphate adsorbers, bio pellets).

Suitable filter material is required. If the material is finer than 3 mm, a non-return valve should be installed in the inlet
