Basic Filter Tank
AquaCare Basic filter systems are a compact and fast installable way to create optimal conditions for the aquarium animals. The systems normally consist of three chambers:
- An inlet chamber into which the water from the aquarium runs. It is easy to install sock filter, heater and measuring chains in it.
- A degassing chamber that ensures that the water is cleared of the smallest bubbles. These otherwise lead to unsightly appearances in the aquarium.
- A multifunctional chamber that contains the skimmer, all other filters and the recirculation pump. Also installed in this chamber is the refill valve for replacing evaporated water.
Additional chambers are possible, such as for reverse osmosis water or fresh seawater for water changes. All systems are available for water inlet on the right side ("R") or left side ("L").
