Large Skimmers
High Skimmers compared to Short Skimmers have a better power because the contact time is enlarged. If enough place is on site the Large Skimmers should be preferred.
The high skimmer models are equipped with a stable mounting plate to ensure a solid stand. The required air is bubbled through either an injector (model "V") automatically or with an air pump through a high-quality wooden air stone (Model "A"). Both injector and air wood are installed outside the skimmer body, so maintenance can be performed quickly and easily. For maintenance the skimmer must not be disassembled completely. You can decide to operate the AquaCareFlotors externally or in the filter sump (used pumps should be made for submersed operation!).
ACF6000 and larger models are equipped with air flow meter, bypass valve, spray nozzles in the skimmer cups, drain valves in skimmer cup and basis, connection for ORP sensor and ozone bypass. The professional systems are fully gas-tight and can be applied to high ozone concentrations in enclosed spaces.
If you are looking for larger systems please choose the industrial version of skimmers with flows up to 420 m3/h.
