AquaCare: Fittings for creating professional pipe systems

AquaCare manufactures your special parts from plastic - everything that is possible on a portal milling machine.

To move water, air or other media you need tubes or hoses made of PVC, PVC transparent, PE, PA, PTFE, and silicone.

Armatures like ball valves and others are used in pipe works to adjust or control the flow of the inside medium.

Gases and liquids can be controlled by solenoid valves. Please note the required nominal size, pressure range and the materials.

Flow meters made of plastic can be used to accurately measure the volume flow of water and air.

With PVC tubes and proper PVC fittings a professional pipe installation is possible to route water to its destination.

Push fit fitting for fast and safe mounting of tubes (stainless steel, PVC) and pressure hoses (PE, PA)

Fittings with nozzles made of polyamide (PA) are suitable to pressure-less and flexible hoses like silicone hoses.

With flexible couplings, pipe connections, e.g. between pumps and pipes, can easily be disconnected again.

You can glue ABS fittings very good with PVC tubes and PVC fittings (PVC glue). It is possible to combine ABS fittings with PMMA.

AquaCare uses nickel-plated brass fittings for the medium pressure range up to 16 bar. The HP models are equipped with these fittings.

Fittings made of brass are pressure resistant and are suitable for many water applicatioins - many fittings are nickel plated.

If units are driven with ozone containing air the fittings must resist ozone. Standard fittings made of POM or PA are not resistant.

Eheim connectors for AquaCare products - of course also suitable for other applications with hose connectors.
